About our choir
Info
Seer Green Singers is a men’s choir that rehearses in a small village in the South East of England. Our members are unauditioned, with the only requirement being a love of singing together. Over the ten years that we have been together we have become a group with a tight bond and sense of camaraderie.
We have travelled widely over the UK to perform, including to Yorkshire this year to sing alongside the Leyburn Community Choir and the Leyburn Brass Band. Before Covid we took part in the International Festival of Male Voice Choirs in Cornwall, where we shared concerts with choirs from all over the world.
We sing all types of music, from pop to showtunes, light classics to African folk music. We aren’t afraid to put a bit of movement into our performances either!
Once a year we perform alongside our sister choir, Village Voices, who rehearse in the same village, which gives us the chance to sing a mixed voice repertoire as a change from our usual TTBB.
We are thrilled to be part of the ChoirMate advent calendar this year. Happy Christmas!
