Chris Woods

Chris is such a positive, happy member of Interlude and is always wearing a smile. Chris is on the road a lot and appreciates the ChoirMate app that she can tune into and sing to her hearts content. In May 2024 at 73 years of age, Chris is embarking on a 3060km walk from Darwin in the Northern Territory to Adelaide in South Australia to raise awareness and funding for the Black Dog Institute, Dads for Kids, Beyond Blue and our local Lions Club. If you'd like to follow her walk, send messages of support or support with a donation, visit her website.    Chris treks for a cause

Bronwyn Petrie

Bronwyn is a talented musician that plays an assortment of instruments and provides guitar accompaniment for Interlude. Bronwyn is also the Mayor of Tenterfield. Being part of Interlude enables her to take a break from the busyness of her week to take part in an activity that she loves.

Inez Hickey

Inez has been a committed member of Interlude from its very beginnings in February 2023. Inez is also a guitar accompanist and comes with many years of experience in a group singing environment. Before joining Interlude Inez had spent 15 years as part of a small Country and Western ensemble where she played guitar, provided vocals and ensured the group ran smoothly assisting with all the behind the scenes responsibilities. Inez also performs solo on a regular basis at Haddington Nursing Home.

Judith Watts

Interlude was the inspiration of our Conductor/Music Director Judith Watts who is both a Private Piano Teacher and Therapist. Her love of music and dedication to mental health wellbeing influenced her decision to create a choir that sits a little outside the box from what one would normally expect.     Judith is a classical pianist, plays the piano accordion and a variety of brass instruments such as the cornet and tenor horn.     Playing for her church congregation from the age of nine, in high school for the school choir and for Eisteddfods has molded Judith into an accomplished accompanist. Judith grew up attending the Salvation Army where her love for and involvement in brass bands and songster brigades evolved.
